If there is a flaw or mis-delivered, please take a picture and send it to en-service@hitobp.com.tw within 7 days, Enclose the order number and please tell us what happened.
We’ll confirm it within 3 working days, and add the commodity’s price to your HITO BP account for purchase at a future date. We can accept a refund by PAYPAL, but no multinational remittance.

 

THE CONDITIONS LISTED AS FOLLOW ARE NORMAL

If the button holes and pockets are sealed up, it is for ensuring the commodity is brand new, or to prevent the inside of the pocket from getting torn. Some manufacturers will seal the opening up but you just need to use a knife to cut it open.
Some tiny flaws are inevitable; your patience is very much appreciated. Things such as like little spots or having a problem of loose ends of yarn.
While measuring the garment flat, 1~2 centimeters margin of error is acceptable
